I had a fantastic experience working with Danny and Sell It Simple. Selling a home can be a stressful process, but Danny made everything incredibly straightforward, professional, and easy from start to finish. I really appreciated being able to sell my house directly without having to put it on the open market, deal with showings, or go through all the usual hassles of a traditional sale. Danny was responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything along the way. The entire process was smooth, transpare... read more
Katie was a great help the whole process!
While working with Danny, a few things were identified with our property during the inspection that necessitated him rescinding his original offer. Even while it appeared we might not be able to make a deal between us, he was very professional and very helpful. He even offered to provide us with the well test report he'd paid for so that we could potentially use it for a sale to someone else. Ultimately, we negotiated another deal with him, and the closing went very smooth and exactly as stated.
Danny was amazing to work with and if I could, would give more than 5 stars. He took a very difficult situation and worked hard to find us a buyer in a very short amount of time....when others said it wasn't worth their effort. Appreciate you Danny!!
Sell it simple was a life saver for us. We were trying to sell a home in Spokane and we're struggling with traveling from out of town to do so. Danny was great to work with. He came up with a deal that worked for both of us. He is totally trustworthy. One of his competitor's did a bate and switch quoting us a price, then lowering it twice. If you are looking to sell your house for cash just go with Sell it simple. They are the best.
