Sell it simple was a life saver for us. We were trying to sell a home in Spokane and we're struggling with traveling from out of town to do so. Danny was great to work with. He came up with a deal that worked for both of us. He is totally trustworthy. One of his competitor's did a bate and switch quoting us a price,then lowering it twice.
