Took complete advantage of my 84 year old visually impaired mother. Almost 4 months later and still no money. Seller beware.. bunch of charlatans..no response as usual. I've just filed a complaint with the FBI real estate fraud..
These people are a waste of time. I inquired about selling my property to them. They called me everyday twice a day until I agreed to sell with them They lied to me multiple times about how long the process would take specifically Zack. They get you to agree on your bottom dollar and then shop it around for them to make a profit without them ever owning the property. which is understandable had that been explained. Just go with a realtor you will have better results.
