I absolutely recommend this company. I put my home up for sale with Remax signed a 45 day sale agreement with a buyer that was pre approved for a 203k loan. Let’s just say the process was beyond stressful. With Remax I went through a full home inspection, two different visits from a contractor, and an inspection for a certificate of occupancy. Joe and Justin are wonderful people. The ad tells you everything you need to know about this business. It’s all true. I found myself in a bad way and called Elite Home Buyers. They set up an appointment with me at the property, they took a walk through and came out asking me what did I want for the home?
