David was easy to work with and coordinated the pickup for me. The technician called about 1.5 hours before my scheduled time window was set to end, and politely informed me his was about 20 minutes away. Technician was extremely nice and he was able to tow it out of the corner space in the lot with no problems or issues. Highly recommend!
