I was a little bit dissapointed with the interior of the store in Chicago. I saw the other locations outside of the city and they were a lot more put together. I think that they would get a LOT more business if they had better displays, more on the walls, and even a banner or something outside to attract attention. For a store in the city, I am suprised that they don't put more into it. They would get a lot more out of their business. This place is a little hidden gem! I'm so glad I took a chance and walked inside to look around one day. The prices are great! The furniture is good quality and the customer service is above and beyond. I have been buying furniture from Harlem Roomplace for years, and it breaks and scratches and tears so easily! I will never go there again. I am a loyal Sell A Cow customer from now on.
