Hi Ben， I am the Customer of selko builder . This is my third time report my roof leaking , maju came last year, and sent a roof plumber ,unable to fixed on 15th of may 2020. I had to called few times again , the other roof plumber came until 12th sep 2020 and said they was busy, he will go back to me as soon as possible . I ring maju 3 times in last 7 days, alway busy now leaking area getting serious mold, needs to pay attention immediately. Can u fix my roof as it getting worse and worse. We bought a house off plan from Selko about a year ago. We’ve had issues mostly regarding water leaks through out. First it was both the showers which took them a while to respond and sent someone to fix. We had to keep calling and messaging everyday to get responses. Then in December 2018, we messaged through a water mark on the ceiling suspecting water leak, there was no response until a week ago it became very serious and water is dripping from the vent now that it is the rain season. We bought a townhouse Selko built in Oakleigh South and couldn’t be happier with how it all went. Although Selko was building the townhouses for the developer, every time I had an enquire I was able to pick up the phone and speak to the builder directly to sort out my queries. The team where also flexible to accommodate small changes I wanted (especially with the kitchen) without making a fuss about it. We have been told by the developer we will get the keys in two weeks…we can’t wait to move in.
