My min pin needed quite a bit of work done and they made the process so easy. I would etransfer them some money whenever I had a few extra bucks until I had enough to cover the cost. My dog recovered really fast and was very well looked after. I was given a quote and since the procedure took less than expected they actually reduced the price for me even though i had prepaid, so when i went to pick my dog up they reimbursed me with cash. The care my cat received and the assurance I got that she would be OK made me enjoy this vet service a lot, not only that their prices are very reasonable.
Absolutely fantastic clinic! Our pets have had nothing but amazing care from their vets and staff. We have seen them for everything from well check ups to surgeries and have always felt that our pets were in great hands. They always gave phone call updates after procedures to let us know how everything went and follow up contact the day after. Any questions or concerns about recovery were dealt with quickly, professionally and with care. We live in Winnipeg and make the trip everytime because they're worth it!
