Absolutely despicable service over the phone from a very abrasive British woman. I had called on behalf of a family member in hopes of finding an emergency vet over the Easter weekend. Their cat was having concerning symptoms and this was one of the only vets open at the time, with others saying they were full. When I called and explained the situation, it was aggressively noted by the woman that because we were not clients and the cat had never seen a vet before, they may not be able to see the cat. I took my male rabbit in to be neutured the other day, everything went wonderfully. Everyone at this clinic is very friendly and caring towards animals. The vet tech i dealt with was very knowledgable and friendly. The cost for the procedure was pretty average. Thank you so much to everyone working at selkirk animal hospital for your dedication to taking care of peoples furry friends. My bunny winnie is recovering well.
Just over a month ago, the time had finally come to say goodbye to my beloved baby girl after seventeen wonderful years together. My regular vet was closed for the morning and the situation was urgent. I was seen within an hour of calling and had the support of Crystal and Dr. Hope to transition my sweet angel over the rainbow bridge. They are really kind with you and your animals! Are very accommodating if you have an urgent matter and are typically able to get you in the day of. Very pleased with my visits so far. Highly recommend!
I DONT SHOW UP AS A CLIENT AS ITS IN FAMILY MEMBERS NAME [The same family member you unprofessionally bad talked to other vets - thankfully one was well aware of how TERRIBLE YOU ARE and didn’t deny service to our dying dog the same way the other one did] If you love your pet do them and yourself a favour a go literally anywhere else…nowhere would be better honestly.
