A week ago, I had to take my husband to the emergency room at Selkirk hospital. Although the wait was a long 8 hours, he was triaged via EKG’s, blood work and chest xray, through the wait. We believed that knowing they were assessing him, his life was in no immediate danger. The triage staff were very kind and understanding and understaffed. Waited for 7 hours .just seen the doctor only 2 minutes and give me the wrong prescription

Been here two times once just got blood work, I was crying in pain but just got an X-Ray, and the second time they aren’t even taking care of me, the wait is still 8-10 hours and I been waiting here for 5 hours and I’m in so much pain

WOW JUST WOW! I'm giving a 1 star as someone I know came in last night to get his hand checked around 9pm Sept 26, by Sept 27at 12pm he didn't get seen at all or ice to help the pain or go for xray while he waited so he didn't wanna wait any longer! Stupid!!! That was over 12 hours of waiting! RIDICULOUS!!!

Emergency department staff were wonderful. Didnt have to wait long for an xray or ultrasound. L&D department nurse could have been way better. The doctor was nice. But the nurse actually accused me of taking something to make me tired. (Pain can make someone tired.) I was shocked. She also hovered until I gave a urine sample. The bathroom in the L&D room I was in was gross. Bed pan filled with someone else's pee and there was no soap in the dispenser. She also didnt seem to know where she was going within the hospital.
