Trying to get through to make an appointment was impossible. Answer calls and put people on hold, don't just hang up on them??? Three times the phone rang and then I got the dreaded answering machine that hangs up on you, IERHA needs to do something!!!!!!!
I called 54 times before getting someone on the line I have a swollen forehead and a broken hand I'm extremely sick and I need to see a doctor to attest of that's asap they had an appointment open and they refuse to see me.
Don’t call them if you want a pleasant person, the girl I got was RUDE!!! Learn some manners please!
Staff try the best they can for it being a busy clinic and it shows! They are attentive and kind. Never a bad experience
