Last Friday I purchased Dometic CFX5 Electric Cooler / Portable Fridge-Freezer online I didn’t receive any tracking number so I sent an email on Saturday and I’m trying to call them since Monday. Left multiple voicemail. Nobody respond not to my email not to My Voicemail totally ignoring me in this point. I’m a few minutes away from disputing the charge.
Update: These guys do a lot of work in fabrication and restoration of several vehicles and look like they do a good job. However getting a new truck and having them add a canopy is something I should have just done my self. It was missing level shims, the seal on the right corner was not seated well letting in the environment during our drive across country to AZ. I highly recommend them. I had issues with a front pinion seal for several months and they fixed it right away. I cannot say how amazing and generous they all are. I will only take my Jeep to Selkirk for now on. Thank you Joe and Selkirk team, I appreciate everything you did!
These guys know their stuff and don't waste time on "cheap" products !!!
Make sure to call ahead of time, drove an hour just to find nobody there even though the website said open so did the doors but absolutely nobody around.
