New landlord. Changed the name to Selkirk Mobile Home Park and they’re trying to get rid of those of us in an RV. Shoddy maintenance. In the winter their plow guy showed up once. Neighbors go back and forth over the snow in their trucks to try to make it passable. In the summer, my grass has gotten about chest high with no cutting. When the mower guy does show up, he races through here on the riding mower just knocking the grass down then in a day it pops back up. This park refused to accept our RV. The owner was very friendly by phone and told us they would gladly take our reservation, but discriminated against us when we showed up. Even though our RV has been fully renovated and modernized in 2021 style, as well as registered and fully insured. All the RVs and campers on location looked over 20 years old and somewhat dilapidated, they said we did not fit the look of the park? Some rvs had tarps and piles of junk around. Hard to locate initially but a beautiful setting and very peaceful. I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the feeling of being amongst nature.
