Reviewed some of those negative reviews, clearly they don't understand that this is a medical center not a hospital. This has always been a great medical center for our family for 40 years, with great Doctors.
Dr. Primatalake is the best. I've been his patient for 15 yrs. He's attentive, has genuine concern, and as a bonus as you get to know him has a great sense of humor. He has called me at home on occasions to inquire about my health. He actually saved my life. What other specialist didn't see, he diagnosed immediately and got my emergency surgery arranged. Refused to help me, had to call an ambulance. Having an asthma attack and needed a symbicort inhaler, and was willing to pay. Refused to help because walk in doctor was not their. Ive never met such cruel people. Dont recommend them at all. They just sit their with a smile on their faces while they watch people suffer
i find it really ANNOYING that i have to go online to make a simple appointment. not everyone can get online. it’s also annoying that i have to create an account just to do it too. someone answering the phones inside the office would have been so much faster. i feel for the elders that aren’t able to get online.
