Having never rented in the past, we were very apprehensive about our new lodging. Our fears were put to rest by the super service in our move to Patio Homes. Shayna put us at ease by answering our question with knowledge and courtesy. Our apprehension was further reduced by the prompt attention to the small problems we encountered. I pay $2000/month plus $125/m in hydro for a 2bed 2bath at 402-1027D Manitoba ave Selkirk MB R1A 4P5. The bathrooms don't have any heating. The patio door wont shut so the heating is always on in winter. The part of it that was caulked has failed miserably and lets in a noticeable draft which needs to be taped shut in the winter to stop air from coming in. The kitchen faucet is just a bent pipe.
