Other then the cost of rent being a tad higher then most apartment, this had been so far one of my favorite apartments too live in. Staff are easy to contact and fast to help fix any issue. Incredible spacious rooms (most houses don't have a bedroom bigger then mine), fairly quite, good neighborhood (never had to worry about something being stolen from my balcony), and stores are within walking distance. Very clean and well maintained building and parking lot
Poor maintenance and housekeeping in and out of the building, anyone can get in and out of the buildings freely, barely anyone available in the office, Rent increases every year are crazy and then they keep your deposit and charge you more on top for 3 walls to paint and 2 holes to fill. Never again.
Management not good deal with customers
At first nice place to live, went through many managers as most don't last too long , same with housekeeping staff. Building was tidy , never actually clean. Other tenants love to smudge things on walls, and it'll stay there for months in stairwells. Carpet stained and lifting in stairwells , anything with trim in the suites or doors that were primed when installed never were painted.
