Fairly spendy compared to their competition and wasn't fond of being hounded around the showroom. Asked questions about countertops but employee didn't have any answers. Ended up going elsewhere.
I gave this store a 1 star because that was the lowest I could go. If I had not had to deal with the bookkeeper, this store would've received 5 stars! After having my windows professionally installed, I came in to settle my bill. Upon walking through the doors, I could hear a very loud, personal, conversation that the bookkeeper was having on her cell phone. My salesman (who was amazing, btw) was with another customer, so I walked to the bookkeeper's counter to pay. Once she saw me, she hung up, but then proceeded to treat m... read more
The store was very clean and well put together, however it took forever to be waited on and the girl behind the counter was somewhat rude as if she would rather do her book work. Other than that, my shower doors look terrific and were well priced.
