Eli of Selkirk EyeCare is an exceptional Optometrist. Over the years he has assessed and prescribed multiple prescription lenses for me ( Progressive Bifocals) with expert advice. Eli is my go to optometrist in Nelson.

This business does not take responsibility for the products or services provided. I had purchased my ($800) glasses there and recently brought them in for a basic adjustment. I got home and they fell apart. Frames broken at the point the screws are attached. Came back in and explained what happened and was told that the warranty was expired and i would have to pay out of pocket for new frames. They said adjustments (done by them) were "at my own risk". Issue was brought to manager and they offered a meagre 10% off new frames... read more
Expensive but great service. Thank you for the friendly help when I wanted to pick up and pay my glasses (1/2 hour after the shop closes).
