The practitioner is good, however one of the RECEPTIONISTS is terribly rude over the phone and in person, sighing exasperatedly into the phone when asked to do her job, she directed multiple calls incorrectly to the WRONG person, and you get the impression that she hates her job and dislikes dealing with people. Please for the sake of women, get a new receptionist to ensure they get the help they need
