Thank you to the team for your years of care and kindness for our old boy DD. Friday was such a difficult day as we said see you again our favourite boy. DD lived a long life, a few short weeks of being 18. On his good days he would still run like a puppy with his ears flapping in the wind. He was paralyzed three times and made full recovery with your care and suggestions. Dr Sletmoen made this day as comforting as she could for us. We will be forever grateful. my trust in a veterinary clinic was shattered not just by poor service, but by an outright threat. after a vet failed to properly examine my reactive dog (her assistant had to stop her unsafe approach), she began pushing for expensive procedures without a diagnosis. she wanted to schedule surgery before even doing an x-ray! the breaking point came when she presented a bill that included painkillers. i declined, stating i wanted a diagnosis first. in response, she explicitly told me she had "the power to call animal services ... read more
