I was really impressed with how friendly and balanced the staff are. They didn’t pressure or guilt me in to my choice of treatments. They were realistic and gave me balanced suggestions based on my pets age and existing health condition. I really appreciate that they didn’t make me feel like a bad pet parent for not spending $1000s on tests.
Dr. Jennifer Sloetman and staff are excellent. Our senior cat is a two-person cat only, seriously! She hides when strangers come to the door. Well, to see her laying on the exam table being petted head to tail continuously by Dr. Sloetman while we discussed the reason for the visit was astounding, to say the least. The Cat Whisperer. Thank you so very much for your care, from Dakota, Daryl and Cindy.
Staff were super friendly and informative. Very glad we can trust them with our puppy!
