Showed up, unannounced, on a busy day for them. They got me in, and fixed my problem quickly!! They could've upcharged and replaced parts I didn't need, but THEY ARE HONEST!!! Thank you again, Im going to start coming to this location from now on!! I appreciate that you were able to squeeze me in while you were short staffed and booked with work!! 5 star service!!
I recently switched from using Rush for our body shop orders and I'm upset I haven't done it sooner. I've been dealing with Jimmy Fletcher and hes been incredible. Responds fast, insures I get the correct parts, and communicates well!
So I walked in the service department on a Friday morning upset do to the fact that my truck had been in there shop the previous 3 days and nothing had changed. Many things were replaced a bill was given and happily paid before driving away. So I returned and Amy the service manager handled business. Unfortunately I had to leave do to schedule issues so I did not get anything fixed but they handled it correctly. Mechanical things break and sometimes are hard to figure out.
