This was a review from two years ago and I'm glad I never did anything with Myself and several others I've spoken with, paid for LIFETIME eye Care, withoit any notification, this Dr moved and left the STATE, with our Money, and left us without care!! He refused to respond to any of us, and this has been his Medical officenot only here but in TENN! Take money, move far off and leave patients without care! I have filed conplaint w the BBB and he refused to answer! We have contacted an attorney and we are persuing every avenue ... read more
