The first few times I went to the place I absolutely loved the service and how my eyebrows came out. They do a really good job in threading and waxing eyebrows to beautiful shapes, however I’ve had negative encounters in terms of customer service and etiquete my past few times. The last two individuals who did my eyebrows were overly pushy in trying to make me get additional waxing serviced to the point where I felt very uncomfortable. Sham did my eyebrows today! She did an amazing job! My eyebrow are perfect and fabulous/feirce. Thanks!!!! I highly recommend this little gem at the HIP! Jamie also did an amazing job last time I had my eyebrows done here!🫶🏽

It was my first time going here and I loved it. Shan did an amazing job with my eyebrows. She was very sweet and friendly and she also knows a little bit of Spanish. If you ever pass by you should definitely get your eyes brows done there.
