Lack of understanding and compassion for people and animals. I'm unable to spend 150.00 for a "visit" to obtain a 20.00 antibiotic refill for my dog's recurring ear infection and they could care less. They're after money and nothing else.... as recently as may we were charged over 400.00 and not one refill was authorized....the antibiotics came in the smallest size available .7ml .... and was enough for about 8 days....now they want another 150.00 "visit" for the same medication...if they were intrested in more than money ... read more
