I called 6 times. Finally only had to hold 20 minutes, so I held, then the office cut us off when they tried to answer my call, and didn't call me back. When I tried again said 50 minute wait. Really?
I call bullshit on this response...... Social Security Administration Response from the owner The POTUS closed all government offices on the 24th and 26th. This is a lie because I spoke to someone involved with ssa and even they said they are appauled by this and another polite lady told to get in touch with the local congressman. I was also informed that the manager needs to make good on this and an email has been sent to the manager but im sure the manager will ignore the email.
Terrible attitude and customer service. I wouldn't go there if I could avoid it!
