Ms. Culler, bravo on your nonexistent customer service is unacceptable! She was rude beyond belief. I understand some people hate their jobs, but wow! I tried helping my mother, and the representative scolded me for assisting her while she was speaking. Wouldn't you want to know if she was giving you the correct address?
This single star is for the lady at the counter who, although seemed unconfrontational from the instant she asked and learned I had no appointment, helped me file my paperwork for a name change on my new SS card with no issues. First, I wanna preface that I tried calling weeks in advance to see if appointments were necessary because I had to take time off work to go in the first place and the robotic thing on the phone was no way helpful and when it connected me to the location, the phone would ring a certain number of times... read more
Very rude staff!!! I am a person and need to be treated as such bot talked down to.
Very disrespectful when I was trying to call someone and when one person was available they just drop the call for no absolute reason. When I decided to recall them they decided to not answer my call when it's important and I've been on hold for nearly 2.5 hours for no absolute reason. Seriously this is a complete disgrace for people who can't even make it down there and do face to face. Not a lot of people are fortunate enough to have cars to do it.
