The front desk lady was not professional, I was there for 11am appointment (first visit and on time) and they told me that I needed to pay $100 copay for today's visit, I told them that was not correct, and the staff said they would verify this again. After I had done my urine test, another front desk lady told me that they checked, and my insurance showed $100 copay for a specialist. My insurance has not changed in the past 5 years, and I have never paid $100 for a copay and very sure thie clinic is in my insurance's networ... read more
