I have type one diabetes and was looking for someone to help with my ongoing blood flow issues to my hands and feet and other complications that sometimes arise with having an auto immune disease. Selina’s expansive knowledge of massage therapy has helped so much. She takes time to listen to me before each session and I leave with resources that empowers me to continue self care on my own! I highly recommend Selina as a skilled and thoughtful massage therapist.
