We had a radon mitigation system installed and couldn't be happier. We had it internally installed up through a 1st floor closet into the attic and out the roof. Thomas and team took great care in making sure the pipe wasn't intrusive in the closet. Professional job all the way. We live in an HOA and they had no problem having someone come out and discuss with our property manager ahead of time to make sure everything was good to go. Highly recommend for your radon mitigation system.
We compared several companies offering radon mitigation. Selgrade was recommended by several people. We found the service outstanding: clear description of the pros and cons of various options to vent radon gas out of house -including cost, extremely efficient work process -including cleanup, clear instructions for monitoring equipment, very fair and transparent pricing. Overall very satisfied with the entire process.
