I had the pleasure of sharing this experience with my mother and it was amazing. The atmosphere was warm, calming and welcoming. I felt safe in the space and after our session I felt so relaxed. Whitney was very knowledgeable in her modalities and gave sound (pun intended) suggestions on what we could do to keep stress free. I highly recommend.
Whitney is beyond professional and knowledgeable in all of her services. She was my Doula and I’m so thankful for her and everything she did for my baby girl and I. I wouldn’t have made it through pregnancy without her. She connected me with multiple community services and events, ran errands for me, sent me text messages about self care and affirmations. She’s a blessing to work with!
I scheduled a wellness coaching session with Whitney. Whitney was wonderful! I felt comfortable immediately and she went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. The session had a little of everything to ensure overall balance including essential oils, meditation, sound bath, and a workbook for growth. I received a beautiful sound bath by Whitney and left feeling 100% relaxed. The space was beautifully arranged and flowing with peaceful energy, making it easy to fall into meditation. I will be returning for more.
