Tasha at Self-Storage Plus on Liberty Road in Randallstown, MD proves that customer service is not dead!!!! I rented a space online. I went into the office and met Tasha!!! She was pleasant, she smiled when she assisted my brother and me, and she answered all of our questions. I wish that I could give her more than 5 stars!!!!!!
