Looks like escalator is dirty with rest of outdoor area, hard to find parking spot and find the entrance is blocked near gas station. carts are another issue cant find them most of the time and have to wait longer. And woke-up to almost double the rent today without any prior notice and it's been only 8 months.

On top of that, the customer service has been very disappointing unhelpful and unresponsive when I tried to address my concerns. Overall, not a satisfying experience. Looks like there is a homeless person living at the facility. They are not even monitoring the cameras! Be careful!
Description of unit did not mention ceiling height or that it was on a top level above another unit, requiring one to use a ladder to access the unit. Would not provide a refund.
The storage place is very clean and the temperature is good for storage. The people at the desk are very nice. However on several occasions there has only been one elevator working which makes the wait time extensive at busy times. There are also not enough carts to bring your items to the storage room. This makes the wait even longer unless you decide to carry items to the storage room yourself. They need more carts
