What is going on at this place? Why can't we speak with an employee on the phone? Why can't an employee reply to our emails since there is never an employee to speak with on the premises? Why is there always a sign on the door at the facility that states the employee has left and will return at a certain time, but they don't? Is this place essentially unmanned at all hours? Great service
Like most reviews say, you’ll probably have a great experience when you first go to rent the unit. That makes sense, they want you to give them your money. But once that part is done, you start to realize the negatives. I thought I got a great deal at $74 a month, but four months later it jumped to $138, and then just a month after that to $152. Update: removing an additional star because no one answered the phone at 12:30pm either, and no one called back. Don't use them if you need a unit within a few days. Charged me for a new unit, then put a lock on it without warning me or giving me the code. Never told me I had to go/speak to the office before utilizing the unit. No one answers the phone after 5pm so I lost a day of moving. Not impressed that I'm charged before gaining access. Will update review after speaking with them later.
At first glance the facility seems perfect. With time however, I have come to see the major shortfalls of the facility and the company that owns it. Staff turnover has been a lot. When available, they have been very helpful, however I get the feeling they are over worked and underpaid since they are always understaffed when the location is staffed.
