2 weeks, left several messages no return phone calls and No one at the desk 10am-5pm either for at least 2 weeks now. At one point assumed there was someone to return since the clock on the door said will Return by 1pm...but again no one showed up to work even by 2pm. No 30 day notification either on rate increase. Just talked to another customer today and they said the same thing with no avail person to help them and over billing them on special rate as well. What the heck?! Nice neat clean quiet facility. My daughter rents a unit there. She seems happy with it. The only complaint I have heard is that rent went up.
Clean, well lit, and climate controlled!
