Great service every time I use them
I'm very frustrated with this company....they have doubled the cost of storage within one year of me being with them claiming due to cost rising even though the storage industry is not affected by tariffs or anything remotely expensive. Don't bother with them by 6 mos you will pay greatly. I should not go from 129 to 183 in 6 mos prior to that I went from 78 to 129 all within a year 😡 for a 10*10. They decided to do this on n December 20rh right before Christmas
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been with this storage unit company since 2021. I had no issues until it was time for me to move all of my belongings out. When I went to end my contract, the man at the front desk with the low ponytail told us we had five days to move out. I was accompanied by a family member, and we were trying to consult on how long we had and when we could get everything out.
