Worse than terrible customer service. It has been impossible to get the access code to our newly assigned storage unit at the Mosby property in Chantilly VA. It was left blank on the introduction letter (see pic 1) sent after signing the contract. There is no staff on site as the office has been abandoned and there is a hand written note saying that you need to go to another satellite location for service.
