I’ve never left a negative review before, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The manager at this storage facility was extremely unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve a simple issue, he raised his voice and spoke to me in a rude, sarcastic way. Every interaction I’ve had with him has been dismissive, eye rolling, talking down, and treating me as if I were a child. I should have moved out sooner. NO security, the gate has been broken for years, so anyone can come and go as they please, and there is no staff to speak directly with. They continue to raise prices even though the online price is lower. They do not deserve my money.
