No Management On-Site, Security gate has been broken and removed over a year. They triple your rate and don't return calls to allow you to cancel your unit. Rent at your own risk and watch mail for post cards increasing your rates every six months. current rate is almost double the highest amount showing as a rate online without any discounts for the same size. They don’t call back after trying to contact them for a week now, they charge me for a month even tho i moved out and i wasn’t even there like how!!

The company ADMITTED THEIR ERROR ON THE RECORD, and over one year later, STILL refuses to return the funds. As a veteran and a local small business owner, I have to insist everyone avoid this place. Worse than terrible customer service. It has been impossible to get the access code to our newly assigned storage unit at the Mosby property in Chantilly VA. It was left blank on the introduction letter (see pic 1) sent after signing the contract. There is no staff on site as the office has been abandoned and there is a hand written note saying that you need to go to another satellite location for service. Deborah Harbaugh is Awesome. She was the only person at Self Storage Plus to respond to my inquiries. She listened patiently, she answered my questions, and she was very understanding of my concerns. She reviewed my file and helped me tremendously with the issue I was facing. She also followed up with me after the changes were implemented, with an update and to make sure that I was satisfied. Not only was I happy with her help and professionalism, most of all I was impressed with her responsiveness and her caring nature.
