Worst storage experience I’ve ever had. I was assigned unit #3804, and when my movers arrived, there was already a lock on it. My movers had to leave without completing the job, and I was charged double for moving services because of their error. When I contacted customer service, I was told to just “pick a random unit and put a lock on it” — which is completely unacceptable from a liability standpoint. No accountability, no real solution. Update: I attempted multiple follow-ups with management regarding significant damage to my property while stored at this facility. I provided professional appraisals valuing the damaged rugs at approximately $7,000. Insurance only covered $1,000, and despite calls and emails, I have not received meaningful follow-up or resolution from management. I paid up on time on April 9th, and my family went there to get something out of the storage, and there was a blue lock on the unit. That means that they think one has not paid, I’m right now looking at my account and I have a zero balance. On top of it, there’s never anybody there at the location to help you in case something like this happens, and when you call then you get an AI assistant and the only thing you can do is leave a voicemail. Terrible service!!!

14 months later and still have done NOTHING about the access gate that has been broken for years. And the price raised $96 ($120 to $216) after 4 months, and another $96 ($192 more to $312) 10 months later. Supposed to be secure access. And is not. Very remote and is it safe at night?? Maybe not.
