Collington has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Inattentive to detail, inconsiderate, argumentative and unprofessional. His supervisor had to assist him with opening an attachment in an email - ridiculous. I still don’t have my rental agreement contract and cannot access the gate even though I’ve paid. Horrible. Wish I could give a zero star.
Agent did a wonderful job and was informative concerning his job and the company.
The Manager at this self storage was very helpful friendly and very respectful..
I was given exceptional service. All questions were answered before I could get the question out . Mr. Rawlinhs is truly a patient and kind employee. Thanks for the opportunity to inquire about the space. I will truly be returning in the near future. Thanks and Beat Regards!!!
