Update again, customer service is non existent! I have requested a call back 3 separate times and sent an email inquiry...no response. This isnt a business - it is a scam!Next step is the BBB. Don't rent here!!! The rent keeps going up every 3 months seems like a scam and a company full of greed, they can care less if you have been a loyal customer. The customer service line is useless. Also, the person who is supposed to be working never answers the phone and conveniently always on a 15min break when you try to go into the office. Don't forget the gate is always broken and the door into the actual facility is also always broken.
I have only had this storage unit for 3 months and they just charged me an extra 100$ for absolutely no reason. This “business” is pure scam. Avoid at all cost.
