Excellent staff azijah did a great job helping me even when they were 5 mins from closing.
2 reasons why you guys deserve a 1 star rating. 1. If you ask me to leave a review before I've had at least a week to 30 days to experience your service, then that is super suspect. 2. You raised my unit 100 dollars due to being greedy. Greed is what earns you bad reviews. To sum things up, I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemie if I actually had one. It's nothing like a big price hike!

Maybe this 1 star review will get somebody to reach out to me on how to make a payment, WITHOUT calling and paying an additional fee. Called customer service to have my password and info reset, yet again by the way, and the link still does not work. The hours changed so it’s not like you can just swing on by and make a payment. I work, like most others do. Then if I call, I can’t get ahold of anyone at the actual storage location. Also, lol, I have emailed numerous times, to no response.
