I’ve used this place twice now… last summer and now for 1 month this summer service was exactly the same …. Weird as hell! People live in the units! The front desk lady is rude, I informed her last summer of someone living in the unit and selling drugs from the unit - he tried to sell drugs to my husband!! After that we contacted corporate and nothing happened so we moved… my business has clients on this side so I came back to a facility that was familiar but it’s gotten worse. WHERE ARE THE CARTS?? ARE THEY LOCKED UP!! UPDATE: Management called and they have a fix in place to replace stolen carts and get carts being held by tenants. Therefore revising from 2 to 4 stars as I appreciate the effort to resolve the issue. I am still a bit concerned about carts being kept in the office. Not sure what the solution is, nevertheless I love that they are proactive. Bravo!!!
