This review is posted on another site as well. I’ve been renting for a couple of years and I cannot imagine anyone leaving a bad review for this facility. The staff has always been alert, attentive, and friendly. Sam is great and handles everything with a smile and a kind word and his patient with explanations. Update: Ongoing rodent problems. Still recommend staying away. Seems likely they’re paying for phony reviews This place is poorly run. Someone ran through a gate, and instead of fixing it they just put up a fence and leave the other one open, so security is poor. The south elevator is broken. And worst, there are mice droppings and infestation in lockers across multiple floors. I mentioned this to a worker, she didn’t seem to care. Stay away from this place if you can. This place is infested with mice all throughout the place and they charge so much and keep increasing the rent every few months
