I looked for newly build storage space. This building is not much climate control. Every time I visited it was hot on 6th floor. I talked to the office which was cold and nice but there is no change. I am going to move my stuff.

The company ADMITTED THEIR ERROR ON THE RECORD, and over one year later, STILL refuses to return the funds. As a veteran and a local small business owner, I have to insist everyone avoid this place. They doubled my rate and gave me less than 30 days notice despite the contract… only by mail. No email sent. The call service they use is less than helpful, rude, and noisy. You can hear all the other calls in the background and they can’t truly answer questions. Why have a call center then? Just have it go to the self storage location. Roman was the only positive thing about the location.
Arrived at Self Storage Plus in McLean around 1:30pm on a Thursday! Was not a holiday but front office vacant and no notice/sign indicating why! The main elevator was DOWN! Sign telling customers to use back "smaller" elevators! Only 1 elevator out of 2 working and 1 moving cart barely fits in the elevator!!! Luckily I was not moving an entire house into storage!!! And luckily no one else was moving this day! Could only find 2 carts for 3 people!!! AC fans were also NOT turning!!! Am completely disgusted with the quality of ... read more
