BEWARE unconscionable price hikes. I originally gave this facility 5 stars. But my rent has gone from $225 in 2022 to $700 in 2025. Wonderful manager. Clean facility. Unconscionable price hikes.
I looked for newly build storage space. This building is not much climate control. Every time I visited it was hot on 6th floor. I talked to the office which was cold and nice but there is no change. I am going to move my stuff.

The company ADMITTED THEIR ERROR ON THE RECORD, and over one year later, STILL refuses to return the funds. As a veteran and a local small business owner, I have to insist everyone avoid this place.
