The storage space is good. Sign up is easy. Two things they can improve 1- communicate clearly with folks that sign up online to let them know there are two parking lot entry gates, but only 1 will take their code. 2- An elevator and a door have been out of order for a couple weeks now. I have to go in one door, walk all the way around the building and go up the elevator to go to my space. Not a huge deal, but I am surprised it is taking so long to get fixed. The office manager is very nice, professional, and helpful.
It says access 6am-10pm daily. I am a customer trying to get in and the parking lot gate won't open. I needed to get something from storage today but now I have to wait for office hours to get help.
Very clean facility! Friendly staff and plenty of storage supply needs! Highly recommend Self Storage Plus!!
After 4 months they raised my rent by 50% and told me it went up due to market pricing adjustment. Also the front door was broke for many months..and still is! You have to use another door at other end of building.
Cory from Middle River location was very professional and easy to work with.
