After discovering a water leak in my unit, Cory, tried to stop it by putting tape around the sprinkler that was causing the problem. He set me up with a new comparable unit, at the same rate. He advised me that I should move my boxes, etc. to the other unit, although it didn’t appear that they were going to get wet.
