Positives: It's a clean & well-maintained. The loading/unloading area is covered, so no worries if it's raining. Staff was very friendly and helpful at sign-up. Negatives: Raised my rent by 30% after 2 months. I am set up for auto-pay, so I didn't notice the increase for a few more months. Called customer service to ask why my rent was raised, and why I wasn't notified. Agent said "we sent a letter to the address on file, and rent increases are mentioned in the contract. 30%?
