Extremely frustrating experience. There is almost never anyone in the office to help. I’ve tried multiple times to set up automatic payments, but the system never works, forcing me to wait for someone in the office—which is nearly impossible because they’re rarely there. To make matters worse, the gates and building doors are almost always left open or broken, so the facility doesn’t feel secure and does not classify it as climate control. I expected much better customer service and security from a storage facility.
I have used self storage plus for a number of years. I’ve had great customer service. Facility is always clean. I have moved units from larger to smaller as my needs changed. Very happy that I chose them to store my belongings.
Update: I am updating my review to share that the door lock has finally been completely fixed! Today, I received a phone call from the manager, Ramona, who was incredibly helpful and professional. She called to let me know the issue was resolved and went above and beyond by applying a $100 credit to my account for the months of inconvenience.
