This facility needs to be shut down the hallway smell like a the bathroom from hell I have to use the stairs to get my belongings because the elevator has been out for months now but they want you to pay the hallways have throw up on the floor mice or rats one have been chewing up my belongings it’s just ridiculous everyone needs to be refunded people living on the property it’s crazy please don’t go to this place
Donnie at the front desk was very nice and informative. He made sure he covered everything with me and walked me step by step personally!
The customer attention from the two persons that I have encountered at just facility get five stars they are warm they are very helpful they are very pleasant speaking with them is like speaking with a brother or sister despite the job I was made to feel awfully comfortable all the information that you needed to provide what's classic beautiful help these two persons I can't remember forget the manager's name I didn't forget the other the first young lady I've met but however they were just two great people and I sound great... read more
Friendly staff very helpful and clean facility. Flooded and received a call immediately. Hopefully I will be reimbursed for any and all damages
