Great customer service and clean facility.
Email and communication was good. Horrible location. Also, the fact that it closes at 1800 speaks volumes. I was literally locked out of the building because I didn't have everything loaded into my storage unit inside one of their buildings. I left this business because of it and went to a place that stayed open until 2200. Would not recommend this location...despite the low price.

I had my worse storage renting experience, I was assigned a unit upon my arrival by one person and was giving a gate code to go to said unit and that they would meet me over there to take of their lock so I could place mine on, once getting the call box to enter my number in to enter building where my unit was located, someone else told me to come back to the office because the unit # 1317 that I was assigned to door would only go up but not down so I get back into the office and I guess this person was the Manager on duty p... read more
