Friendly staff very helpful and clean facility. Flooded and received a call immediately. Hopefully I will be reimbursed for any and all damages
I won an action here and just drive an hour only to find out nobody in the location. I also see a few other waiting to pay bills or picking up. It’s so inconvenient to not have a person coming on auction days when you only have 48 hours to clean out which technically is half that time since it closes early. Now I wait another over hoping or do I leave to come back tomm even though it says to be out by 1 or it’s a penalty. I don’t understand this

The employee (not all of them) are very mean and have no customer service experience.
