I had the pleasure of visiting this location today and was thoroughly impressed. The representative, Robert, provided exceptional service, exceeding my expectations with his extensive knowledge and informative approach. The facility was impeccably clean and well-organized. I will undoubtedly refer friends, family, and associates to this location and specifically request Robert Prentice for outstanding customer service.
I have had a wonderful experience with this place for almost a month now! Before I even committed to getting a unit I stopped by the office and Robert took the time to give me a tour and show me the differing units to help me determine what size to get. Robert was also the one who helped me several days later when I came back to actually purchase a unit - he was consistently patient and kind, making everything the process easy and go smoothly! The facility is clean and well-maintained, as well as easy to access!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you don't care about money. Staff are all seemingly pleasant but THEY MAKE SURE not to tell you that prices can climb upwards of 60% MONTH TO MONTH. Price suddenly went up about MORE THAN SIXTY PERCENT after just a couple of months of renting. What an absolutely abhorrent business practice. The man who I presume to be the manager made sure to explain every single detail to me when I signed up except for the one thing that matters it seems. AVOID.
Robert at Self Storage was great, friendly, and explained the process well! It’s very clean and has cameras all around. Definitely recommend this place!
