I’ve had my stuff in an inside 3rd floor air conditioned storage unit for less than a month and I came back to mice in my unit.
I rarely update reviews, but the newer gentleman in the front changed this experience. I'd definitely recommend now, he was very helpful and accommodating. *old review* Well, the light inside of my storage unit doesn't work, which makes moving things in storage very frustrating. We were told we'd get a new light or a consession, but no one has contacted me. Also, you cant use the bathrooms after like 5pm and that's truly awful because I have health issues and need to go to yhe restroom often. I found myself not using the sto... read more
To all reading , my name is Carlos I was the General Manger for the self storage plus in Cockeysville for 6 and a half years. I start by saying none of this is in relation to the new gm Harrison. Good guy as far as I’ve experienced and hasn’t been at the location long enough to be responsible for any of the following points to be made.
