I'm a military service member who had an awful experience with Self Storage Plus in Bristow, VA. Today, I had to report this business to the Better Business Bureau for fraud, and here's why... I was on active duty Title 10 orders stationed at Fort Belvoir, VA from June 2020 through August 2023. This 5 star review is for one person only, and it is for Jessica. I ran into an issue and she helped me navigate the situation and find a solution quickly and with ease. It isn't often that you find an understanding person and a good heart in corporate companies, but that's exactly who Jessica is. I am so thankful she's the one I met. The company ADMITTED THEIR ERROR ON THE RECORD, and over one year later, STILL refuses to return the funds. As a veteran and a local small business owner, I have to insist everyone avoid this place.
