Clean facility and very nice staff, but my issue is with the rate increases. Moved into a large climate controlled unit on 4/15/24 at a rate of 185.00. As of 2/15/26 my rate is going to be 359.00. That is a 94.05% increase in less than two years. Just be aware that they will increase on a regular basis ( difficult on a fixed income) and I was previously told by the manager when I called to try to negotiate that it's because they don't like to have people stay too long. Disappointed It's ridiculously pricey. Rates are ridiculous here. I was going through some difficult times and I request easy payments to catch up. They don't respond and instead seek for immediate payment. I'll never rent a unit here.

Easy rental experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Price was great compared to others in the area.
Jessica runs the show at this facility. She was extremely helpful to my wife and I. She made the process easy to check in and rent out a unit. She, also, made it easy to check out when we were done with the unit. Thanks Jessica for being friendly and professional during our very stressful move!!!
