6/24 Ryan was super helpful in reaching out to me to resolve the issue in the rent spike, while he said that its Self Storage Plus's business model to raise rates, he worked out a reduced rate that I was willing to accept. I'm hopeful this is the last increase. 6/23 The unit has been perfect for the last few months however.. After less than 6 months I received a notice my rate was going from 146 to over 200 a month. I would be cautious renting from a place that raises rates.
Robert was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and more than accommodating to my needs. The units are always clean and I always feel safe at this facility (this is my second unit). Highly recommend!
