It appears the local owners of Self Storage Monroe have given control of the location to a management company. We have rented a unit at this location for over a year. We moved from the old Social Circle Self Storage, family owners, who sold to Midgard Storage. Midgard raised the rates almost immediately and within 1 year raised the monthly rate from $110/month to $200/month for a 10 X 10. Great customer service. You actually get a human on the phone and they are very prompt when responding to concerns
Fantastic customer local service lady and less a month from our previous storage facility. Update None of the bill pay avenues work. Thankfully I have not moved my possessions into the units. Advice for the owners Please add a payment link to pay the invoice instead of a QR code. 2 devices needed to pay the bill? really?
