I wish I never stored my stuff here. From the start I have had issues. Day one I signed up for auto pay. The next time to get billed, I received a late pay notice. How is that if I signed up for auto pay? I called and was then charged a fee for missing the payment. No one honored it even though it clearly showed I signed up for auto pay. You call them, can’t get in contact with them. You try to use the online portal to make a payment and their website never works. Best storage place I’ve used. At first I picked one online that was outside and when I got there I decided I wanted one inside. The sweet lady that works there help me get my unit changed to an indoor unit l and she even went to clean it out a so I could go the next morning to transfer my things. Thank you so much!
