The online registration did not work. I was able to get set up over the phone. Had some problems getting my gate code to work the first time and could not reach an Acorn team member for a bit. After a couple of hours Kay was able to generate a new code and I was able to get in. The facility is very nice and I am comfortable with storing my stuff here.

Easy to reserve online and gave me immediate access. Unit was clean and exactly as advertised!
