We’ve had our unit here for almost a year, and this is now the FOURTH time we’ve been taken off autopay because of “issues”. I set up autopay specifically so I don’t have to track monthly payments, yet every few months I’m getting a notice saying something messed up in their system and I have to do everything all over again. Each time, call in to see what the issue was exactly and have them take my information all over again.
