To whom it may concern. The counter guy is a seriously grumpy man. He has no care that the lockers contain people's belongings and in some cases need regular access. I lost my lock and had to leave. He was made aware that I would be back ASAP for more belongings and a lock. My bad I guess cause I didn't make it before 4:30 typical traffic on the north shore. Shouldn't be a problem as it's 24hr access. Thoughtless he put his own lock on and I desperately needed pols for a pending job. Made many attempts to remove without issu... read more

The best on the Northshore! I’ve used there services, off and on, since 2012 - and I have never had a complaint, only praises! I appreciate the courtesy, especially.
I used this storage facility for just over a year. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The facility itself was excellent; warm and dry inside and never any sign of rodents or insects and the carts and dollies always in good condition. Access is super-easy with the fob. I would absolutely use this place again.
Had a wonderful experience with Brookesbank Self Storage over the past 5 years or so! They were helpful in providing storage and pleasant on the way out. Very clean and organized facility with access available via both code and fob. Would use again!
