Here we are at year 2! We are so happy we chose this location to store our items safely! The facility is always clean, there are no bugs, and the temperature is always kept steady. We appreciate having 24/7 access to our unit - and theres never been a safety issue if we decide to come at night. The staff are absolutely wonderful, professional, and super friendly! And the price is unbeatable in the area for what you get in return. Great place to store!

I wasn’t able to write this review until now but I really wanted to say how incredibly professional, courteous, kind and helpful Sue and Mary were in my interactions with them. They went out of their way to help me including staying late since I had been caught in traffic and couldn’t make it before closing. I have since vacated the storage space I was renting but I would definitely recommend Self Storage Depot in Bby and their incredible staff Sue and Mary. Sincerely Tracey D
This place is awful, if I could give it 0 stars I would. My family and I have just moved and my mother-in-law was super helpful with buying and bringing me boxes for packing. She always had a fun story to tell me after visiting the Self Storage Depot in North Vancouver. They would carry the boxes to her car for her and give her complimentary tape, she went with my kids one day the guys there asked if they could give the kids bubble wrap to play with, etc. So when it came time to needing more boxes, I was excited to visit the... read more
