Ian the manager in the office was so kind, helpful, and informative for us getting storage sorted for our car during our Larapinta hike. He was top notch (and even better than our storage guy back in Canada, who we love). Our spot was easy to get, and I'm sure if we had any other storage needs we'd go right back. He gave us a lot of tips for town and was funny and kind

Another place in Alice Springs that lives up to it's reputation! I had to make an emergency, very last minute, ultra short on time booking as soon as they opened for business this morning and the very lovely Davida helped me get all my stuff locked safely away at a moments notice. Properly good old fashioned service and a kind person who genuinely cared about my flight that I was late to catch and made all the arrangements so that I made it on time! Thanks so much Davida, you are a star!!
