my lovely wife and I found the staff to be really helpful and nice. We originally went in just to get some storage boxes or some moving boxes rather but because the staff was so helpful we ended up getting a renting a truck through U-Haul as well as getting some temporary workers to help us move as well. This was really good experience. The only glitch I would say is that when we returned the truck after hours their app failed and now we have to pay a $20 administrative fee I guess but other than that it was really good expe... read more
