I would just like to say that U-Haul location, the cleanliness the availability was top of the line. The staff were awesome and I would like to give a kudos to Jakub. I know he’s a new hire, but he went above and beyond for me making sure I had access and always made sure I had time to do what I needed and will need done because I still have my UBox…… thank you U-Haul
The facilities are clean and the signage directing a person to their storage area is much appreciated. The card system for security clearance is efficient and cuts out incorrect codes as well as keyboard errors. The carts and the secure area for loading and unloading is much appreciated. Did I mention the free first months rent.
The staff at this location are professional and very friendly, easy to talk with. My best storage experience; ever.
U haul Truro made my moving experience a lot better, free of hassles. Staff was very accommodating and was actually willing to give me a solutions and answered all of my questions that I had. they went out of the way to help me out with my moving needs and love the fact that they gave me first month complementary storage to keep my stuff.
Amazing service - so friendly and helpful
